E-step for teens Ninebot Zing A68 pro and con
+ Weighs only 5 kg
+ Lighting under the footplate
– 7″ wheels less suitable for uneven terrain
– Only a rear brake on the fender
3 gears for each child’s level and tempo
The ZING A6 model includes 3 gears (first, second and third). To switch from one gear to another, the eKickScooter must be stationary and your child must tap the rear fender twice to change gears
– First gear, slow and steady
This is the perfect mode for beginners, as the maximum speed is 8 km/h (the indicator light is on constantly and you hear 1 beep). Your child must pedal until it reaches 8 mph, and then the ZING A6 rides by itself.
– Second gear, picking up the pace
Second gear has a maximum speed of 10 mph. This means your child can enjoy the ride at a slightly faster pace (the indicator light blinks slowly and you hear 2 beeps).
– Third gear, the final step to speed
For the more free-spirited and experienced kids, this last gear is the way to enjoy this eKickScooter the most. By riding at a maximum speed of 12 mph, your child can also have fun at the maximum level.
Acceleration by pedaling
To speed up ZING A6, we step back to the past and pedal to do just that. Thanks to its rated power of 60 W, the eKickScooter will ride on its own after reaching maximum speeds of up to 8 km/h (first gear), 10 km/h (second gear) and 12 km/h (third gear), depending on the gear selected.
Check out the mood lighting with the ZING A6
This eKickScooter always shines when it is on. The ambient lights on the sides of the footboard are always on when the ZING A6 is on. In addition, when the front wheel rolls, it will also shine.
Easy foot brake on the rear fender: always safe
The Ninebot eKickScooter ZING A6 is equipped with a foot brake system on the rear fender. All the child has to do is firmly kick the rear fender for a few seconds, and the ZING A6 comes to a slow stop. Your child’s safety is our priority!
The rear fender has a second function to change the gear your child is using by tapping the rear fender twice while the eKickScooter is completely stationary.
Automatic on/off sensor: A battery-saving tool
The Ninebot eKickScooter ZING A6 has a built-in sensor in its frame that has the function of recognizing when a foot is on top of the eKickScooter. Because it is common for children to quickly switch from one toy to another, many toy batteries tend to run out of power because they stay on even after the child has finished playing.
However, this is not a problem for the ZING A6 model. As soon as a foot is detected on the eKickScooter, this model automatically turns on. On the other hand, if no foot is detected for 30 seconds, the ZING A6 automatically turns off. This way, no battery power is lost.
