On the product page, under “additional information” you will always find the delivery time of a product.

For products in stock : 1 to 3 working days: Orders can only be shipped on business days, however, pickup at our warehouse is possible during the weekend by appointment.

Delivery time for products not in stock :
For most out-of-stock products, the average delivery time is only one week.

Contact us if you have questions about the delivery time of your product.

In the menu, you will find the “My Account” link.

Here you can create an account under ‘register’.

During checkout, you can specify a shipping address.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address check ‘ship to a different address’.

If you still wish to change something after confirmation of your order please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information.

This allows you to track the status of your order at any time with the delivery date and time of delivery.

Shipments are packed as best as possible and the number of boxes is limited to prevent loss or damage.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your refund.

If you have any problems or complaints with a delivery, always contact us.

You will receive a return form and shipping label from us to return the product free of charge.

Returned goods must always have the original supplier packaging and labels and be in the same condition as when received.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Goods with a defect or damage will be replaced with a new product.

Always check your order thoroughly upon delivery.

Did an error happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this.

If you receive a damaged delivery, it is very important that you have it noted on the waybill.

Our shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Contact us immediately to report this and include your order number.

Upon a return, you will receive a shipping label from us on which the shipping address has already been entered.
